Yes and no. If you’re a standard web hosting client, you can upgrade or downgrade your account at anytime. Just pay the difference for the upgrade, or we’ll lower your payment amount for downgrades starting at the next billing cycle.
If you’re a web design client within the managed web hosting contract period, you can’t downgrade until the contract is up. However, you can upgrade at anytime by just paying the difference in the setup fee and monthly hosting fee.
No. Our managed web hosting accounts are month-to-month and you’re free to cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. You can then take your WordPress website to another web host.
However, if you agree to a longer term contract, we’ll discount the fees as follows:
- 6-month contract: 5% monthly discount
- 12-month contract: 10% monthly discount
- 12 months paid in advance: 20% total discount
Early termination fees apply for the monthly contracts. No refunds will be given for hosting paid in advance.
It costs us more than the setup fee to build your website so we recoup the rest over 12 months. After the 12 month contract period is up, your web hosting account will be month-to-month and you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.
We’ve launched new sites in as little as a week, but the typical turnaround is 2 to 4 weeks. A lot of it depends on how responsive you are with information requests and design reviews.
Yes. We’ll give you a 20% discount if you pay the setup fee and the 12-month web hosting contract price up-front.
